Policies

• All dogs must have all their vaccinations before their first visit.
• 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations to allow us to fill the appointment slot.
• Late pick up fees may apply. Each customer is given 30 minutes to collect their dog. Should you require longer please let us know in advance so we can text sooner. All dogs must be picked up before the next customer arrives.
• Matted coat fees may apply.
